Fred Collie

Fred has served in law enforcement in the State of Texas for 28 years. He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) as a Master Peace Officer. His experience includes Commander, Internal Affairs Section, Arlington Police Department, Deputy Police Chief, Arlington Police Department, Chief Deputy Dallas County Constables Office, Precinct 5, and Police Chief, Aldeo ISD Police Department. He has completed specialized training in leadership, personnel management and police ethics and investigations. Fred has worked as an adjunct instructor for the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas where he instructed law enforcement leaders from throughout Texas in ethics and leadership. Fred has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Security Studies (Homeland Security and Defense). Fred is a veteran of the US Army, 1st BN, 1st SFG (A). US Army Reserve, 12th SFG (A), Texas State Guard, Maritime Regiment and Army Component.
